MENRO needed clearer operational visibility and a data-backed way to understand collection patterns instead of relying on fragmented manual records.

Approach

I created a web-based tracking workflow backed by MySQL and added Scikit-Learn analysis to surface patterns that can inform route and logistics decisions.
