Operational stock tracking and restocking workflows
An internal inventory tool built to make daily stock movement, availability, and restocking easier to manage for store operations.
Manual inventory processes made it harder for the team to maintain a reliable view of stock and identify what needed replenishment.
I designed and developed a centralized web workflow backed by MySQL for recording inventory activity and supporting routine restocking decisions.
